The techs Nino and Louis arrived on time and went right to work removing my old heater and installing the new one in under 90 minutes if that long. With no clean up required on our part.

Our Water Heater had started to leak a little at the bottom and we found Pro Water Heaters online with a better deal than our local plumber by a few hundred dollars. After talking with Steve I felt very comfortable with letting them replace as he reassured me that they would remove the old heater and everything was included. He saw from a pick I had sent him that we had proper venting size which was the only possible extra charge. Since we didn't need to have a bigger vent we got a 50 gallon rheem for $900 total out of pocket. Installer was super friendly and showed up on time. I think they were done in about an hour. Def recommend them if you need a water heater.
